This is the second property she has sold for me. She is patient, honest, personable and knowledgeable. I decided to make significant renovations to this house to maximize the sales price and in the end the risk worked out. Her contractor and his team did a terrific job of prepping/renovating the house and responding to my concerns. I decided to get the house staged after discussing it with Meredith and it was worth it. Good staging, I found out, really shows buyers how they could live in the property. I accepted an offer (of multiple offers) over asking price after one day on the market. Meredith is my go to real estate agent. She has the support team in place to remove any barriers to successfully closing a deal.
